IDG Research Services conducted a study to identify the drivers of unified communications (UC) deployments for Plantronics, and Network World Custom Solutions Group engaged me to explain the research results in this brief collateral, which was used as both a lead generation and thought leadership piece by Plantronics on IDG websites.

I met with the research team, marketing executives from Plantronics and their agency, and IDG Custom Publishing executives and then developed an outline, interviewed a Plantronics executive, and wrote this Plantronics research paper that summarized the results and crisply articulated the Plantronics value proposition.

It has been widely used by Plantronics to show that high-quality audio and intuitive user experiences are accelerating UC acceptance, and the combination of research, writing and high visibility through availability on major publishing websites is helping Plantronics enhance its leadership position in the market.
