Electronic web commerce solutions provider ATG needed detailed case studies to show the value of its web-based commerce software technology, and I worked with some of its largest customers to review the challenges they faced and how they solved them with solutions from ATG (which has since been acquired by Oracle).

This American Airlines case study reviews the need to upgrade its infrastructure to improve the overall customer experience of its B2C website. The story focuses on the quantifiable advantages American Airlines received through this infrastructure improvement.
